Pe
I do sometimes try in P.E class, but lately I haven't been here and because of my breathing problem I'm not able to participate in P.E. But when I do participate in P.E I feel amazing. I wish I could participate right now because its so nice outside but I can't and it sucks because I don't feel healthy and I feel gross. I want to exercise and get fit, but until I find out what's wrong with my breathing I can't. But because I tried before I had breathing problems and before I stopped showing up I think I deserved a C+ but I will understand if I don't pass or if I have a C-. P.E has always been tough for me but I can promise you once I get my breathing stuff under control I will start participating in P.E because I don't mind P.E as long as nobody pays attention to me, because my self esteem is very low so I don't like P.E because I'm not the strongest, fastest, skinniest girl ever and I guess I'm ok with it but oh well. I will try harder in P.E for the next 3 months. But I think I deserve a C-.Also I really enjoyed when we went on the Nike training app on the iPads, it was really fun and made me feel good because Alyssa was able to push me to finish it and well I did. I don't like being in a big group of people, I liked it hen just Alyssa and I did the work out. Yeh I was sore but it was a good pain. It sucks now that I can't do much in P.E, it kind of makes me mad, when people don't bring their P.E strip an don't participate just cause they don't want to and they make up excuses not to do P.E. I use to be like that but now because I can't do it I want to and I jus feel gross and unhealthy and I want to get fit and get into shape not for anyone else but me, I want to do this for me! I am capable of doing almost everything in P.E as long as I try. I will start to participate as much as I can but I my breathing acts up I have to stop. I have no idea what truly made me want to change but whatever it is I love it.

The importance of physical education
Physical Education is a huge part in our lives. I think Physical Education is all about pushing yourself to try harder and put all your effort into it. I also think that Physical Education is really important in our daily lives, with out Physical Education we would all be fat couch potatoes, we don't want that. WE need Physical Education to stay fit, stay happy, and be healthy.

Make A Change :)
Everyone CAN make a change if THEY want to. We can't make people do things they don't want to do, but we can make a change first and hope they follow. Not everyone can see that no matter how crapy their life is, they can make a difference in the world. But its true, I know people who have come from very crapy lives and are now living it in luxury..... BE THE CHANGE!!!! We can all do it you just have to BELIVE :)

Life
Life is tough, we all know that, and if not we shall soon learn. But that doesn't mean we can't be strong and pull through and make it and go on living our lives. People act like they're okay when really they aren't. When you see someone smile is it their true smile or is it fake? If you think being mean to people just because you think you're cool is wrong and you should think twice, that doesn't make you cool around your friends it makes you weak, people who go through a lot are strong people and they deserve the most love out of everyone :) life is hard to get through but, it will get better I promise, it will take some time but it will happen, everything will change, you will see. :)

School stuff :)
My answer's to grade 8 PE questions.....
Sometimes i bring/remember my PE strip. Everytime it's not fitness because i dont like fitness i find it harder then what i'm used to. when i am under the weather or just not in the mood, why? well because PE makes me tired and sometimes mad and un-happy. i dont know why but it does for some odd reason. sometimes good sometimes bad it depends on how my mood is before PE class. Pretty good i guess i have some problems with some people but not many and a lot of it has been solved and is fine now. They suck! sometimes i push myself but i am lazy. Weight room is my favourite type of fitness. To push myself and to be more active in PE. leadership to me means; to be a good rolemodel and in courage others to participate. I would have to say Shiho Hayashi, Ralph Guillermo, and Daniel. I would like to participate in PE more and be more active. I guess me losing weight because it kind of makes me want to participat more in PE. :)
